Visitantes y compradores de todo el mundo se acercaron al punto de acopio de las delegaciones de Risaralda, Caldas, Tolima y Quind\u00edo &#8211; unidas bajo el nombre COLOMBIAN SPECIALTY COFFEE &#8211; para conocer las bondades de nuestro producto y tomarse el mejor Caf\u00e9 Especial de Colombia, el Caf\u00e9 de nuestra Regi\u00f3n, creando con esto importantes v\u00ednculos, base fundamental de cualquier proceso de relacionamiento comercial y negociaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Particularidades de la jornada<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La jornada estuvo marcada por la segunda Cataci\u00f3n que la Regi\u00f3n RAP Eje Cafetero hiciera en la pecera de la Federaci\u00f3n Nacional de Cafeteros, FND,\u00a0 una gran vitrina para el producto nacional dado su posicionamiento en el contexto internacional, correspondi\u00e9ndole esta vez el turno a los Caf\u00e9s Especiales de Risaralda y Caldas, donde cada uno de los departamentos mostr\u00f3 un regional, un proceso, un ex\u00f3tico y un varietal ex\u00f3tico, destac\u00e1ndose principalmente los procesos naturales, seguidos de los regionales y los ex\u00f3ticos en un ejercicio de cataci\u00f3n abierta.<\/p>\n<p><u>Compradores internacionales destacan el Caf\u00e9 de la Regi\u00f3n RAP Eje Cafetero<\/u><\/p>\n<p>MARCO MONZ\u00d3NICA<\/p>\n<p><strong>MONG\u00d3S COFFEE &amp; LOUNGE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NUEVA YORK &#8211; ESTADOS UNIDOS<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMe impresiona c\u00f3mo el Caf\u00e9 de Colombia ha sido por muchos a\u00f1os popular, poniendo la diferencia entre algo tradicional y algo nuevo, que es lo que he estado viendo ahora en las nuevas tiendas aqu\u00ed en Estados Unidos, en Colombia, en todos los lugares. Esa diferencia entre los nuevos procesos y un proceso normal, es incre\u00edble. Es como si estuvieras mordiendo una flor, una fruta, un mango o algo as\u00ed. Me impresiona, me encanta el Caf\u00e9. Muy bueno. Trataremos ahora de estar m\u00e1s en contacto, m\u00e1s en persona con los granjeros, con los procesos, saber qu\u00e9 es lo que estamos vendiendo, saber c\u00f3mo tostarlo.
